Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including all tags and packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required to process your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if opened or used. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please initiate a return first. Once your return is processed and approved, you can place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to finalize the refund.
