The Permanent Jewelry Welder features a 100A Pulse Arc Welder by Orion, operating at 110V. The welder is specifically designed for precision jewelry welding, with a welding diameter range of 0.5-1.3mm. It utilizes the spot welding principle, where the welding needle automatically shrinks when the workpiece touches it, providing an efficient welding process for various jewelry applications. This machine is ideal for welding jewelry clasps but is not suitable for welding metal bars or punching holes.

Included with the kit are 10 different welding needles to accommodate different thicknesses of workpieces. These needles require grinding before use, and the kit also provides 4 copper collets of different sizes to match the welding needles, ensuring compatibility with various materials and thicknesses. Although the machine includes most of the necessary accessories, you will need to provide your own argon bottle.
